Legal Job Description
Under general supervision research and apply AI technology to enterprise software testing across multiple tech stacks with a focus on user experience and efficacy.
Essential Functions:
ENGAGES with software engineering teams to gather use cases to understand user needs.
BUILDS widely applicable test tools and practices to serve Enterprise users.
RESEARCHES current best practices in AI for software testing
APPLIES AI and machine learning techniques to enhance test coverage, defect prediction, and intelligent test case generation.
BALANCES delivery of multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously, MENTORS and SUPPORTS engineers at all junior levels, SHARES best practices and IMPROVES testing processes within and across teams.
ADHERES to the Code of Conduct, company policies, and operating principles.
MEETS attendance standard at business location to perform necessary job functions and facilitate interaction with management and co-workers.

Requirements:

Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in enterprise software testing, including test automation, test strategy, and quality assurance.
2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and cloud-native testing practices.
2+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
2+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies (Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation).
2+ years of experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for test automation.
1+ years of experience applying AI/ML techniques to software testing (e.g., defect prediction, intelligent test case generation, test data synthesis).
Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Application Insights) for test analytics and observability.
Experience with containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker) and automated testing in microservices architectures.
Experience with production support, incident triaging, and root cause analysis for test failures.
 
Annual Salary
$100,000.00 - $230,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
