We are hiring a Senior Data Engineer to lead the technical design and implementation of our foundational healthcare data platform. You'll design and build the system that ingests, models, and activates raw claims, eligibility, clinical, HR, and engagement data using SQL, dbt, Python, and Dagster. You'll be deeply involved in creating a dynamic data platform that enables large-scale data exchange across the benefits ecosystem.
This role is for builders: you will spend most of your time hands-on with data and code, working closely with a tight-knit team of engineers and scientists to build the platform. Youโll excel if you thrive on taking ideas from conception to production and thinking about critical questions around scale and performance.
