Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist to join the Product Security Engineering team in Seattle or Everett, Washington.  Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level and Senior Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialists.

Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports/Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards

  • Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, and/or program initiatives

  • Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plans, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be standard methodologies across the industry

  • Implements Program Management Best Practices and creates reports, metrics, and change activities to support project decision makers and improve project management and integrated scheduling processes and business systems

  • Directs all phases of projects, or subsystems of major projects, from inception through completion

  • Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives

  • Coordinates commitments with internal and external partners to fulfill strategies

  • Assists customers to develop performance recovery plans and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in either Seattle or Everett, Washington.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Integrated Scheduling

  • Experience communicating with employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership

  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment

  • Experience using Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Senior: 5+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP)

  • Program and Project Management Best Practices, Agile Scrum Master, Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), Microsoft Project, Milestones Pro, and BORIS

  • Agile Scrum Master, PMP, PgMP or equivalent Project Management

Summary Pay Range (Mid-level): $93,000 - $126,500

Summary Pay Range (Senior): $115,600 - $156,400
