What You’ll Do

• Craft Amazing Mobile Apps: Build sleek, user-friendly mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native that patients and providers will love. 
• Power Our Backend: Develop robust, scalable server-side solutions with Node.js and Python to drive our mobile and AI features. 
• Unleash AI Innovation: Design and deploy cutting-edge AI models, diving deep into reinforcement learning, large language models (LLM), natural language processing (NLP), graph machine learning, and knowledge graphs to solve real-world healthcare challenges. 
• Transform Healthcare: Work with HL7 and FHIR standards to integrate seamlessly with healthcare systems, ensuring data flows smoothly and securely. 
• Collaborate & Create: Team up with product gurus, designers, and fellow engineers to brainstorm, innovate, and deliver end-to-end solutions that make a difference. 
• Optimize & Scale: Write clean, efficient code to ensure our apps are fast, secure, and ready to grow with our ambitious vision.

Who You Are

You’re a tech-savvy, mission-driven problem-solver who’s ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact. Here’s what we’re looking for: 

• Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack mobile developer with a strong desire to do AI engineering, ready to take on big challenges in a startup setting. 
• Tech Superpowers:
  • Rock-solid skills in React Native for building cross-platform mobile apps. 
  • Expertise in Node.js and Python for backend magic. 
  • Passion for AI, with experience in reinforcement learning, large language models (LLM), natural language processing (NLP), graph machine learning, or knowledge graphs. 
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with HL7 or FHIR standards in healthcare—don’t worry if not, we’ll get you up to speed!
• Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, love solving tough problems, and are excited to grow with a startup. 
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in healthcare or healthtech. 
  • A killer GitHub portfolio or open-source contributions that show off your skills.
