AI Consulting Governance & Strategy Expert (AI Community) - WFH

About the Role:

You will work at the intersection of business, law, and technology to design the frameworks that allow organizations to scale AI safely and effectively. We look to you to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable roadmaps, ensuring that every AI solution we build is ethical, transparent, and high-impact. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Strategic Roadmap Development: Collaborate with executive stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and align them with long-term business objectives and ROI targets.
• Governance Framework Design: Build and implement robust AI governance structures, including accountability models (RACI), policy guidelines, and ethical review processes.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Lead cross-functional assessments to ensure alignment with global standards (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST RMF) and mitigate risks related to bias, privacy, and security.
• Ethical Oversight & Transparency: Develop rubrics for Model Explainability and Fairness, ensuring that AI-driven decisions are traceable, unbiased, and socially responsible.
• Organizational Change & Literacy: Facilitate workshops and training programs to bridge the "AI expertise barrier," fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and ethical AI adoption.

What You Bring (Mandatory Qualifications):

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law (Digital/Tech focus), Management Information Systems, or Ethics/Philosophy. An MBA or JD is highly preferred.
• Native Language: Native-level proficiency in your primary language is mandatory to navigate regional legal nuances and lead local stakeholder engagements.
• English Proficiency: Minimum B1 (Intermediate) level English to collaborate with our global community and interpret international regulatory frameworks.
• Strategy Experience: 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or corporate governance with a focus on emerging technologies.

Assessment:

In order to be hired into our community, you’ll go through a subject-specific qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position and complete ID verification.

Payment:

Currently, pay rates for experts range from $20 - $50 USD per hour
